Another Pretty TV Host - 杨思琦

杨思琦 (Yang Si Qi) was Miss HK 2001. She also won the most photogenic award, most popular contestant award, sweetest smile award, best leg award..blah blah blah. HK's TVB conducted an olympic host training class and she's one of the participants. Lucky Hong Kong people will probably see her on TV during this period.

Olympic TV Host in China - 沈星 (Shen Xing)

Was surfing around when I came across this blog on female TV hosts that the blogger hopes will host some of the olympic reports on Chinese TV. Looking at some of the photos, I can understand why. There's this gal called Shen Xing. Sweet looking.

More of Ceremony Hostess Training

Chinese Hostess Training for Olympic

The Chinese have really put in hell lots of effort to put up the best Olympic ever in history. The hostesses for the Games undergoing serious training to put forward their best face.
Practising the bow for the prize giving ceremony. The training received is akin to those received by air stewardess, only a lot more stringent for these hostesses. No details however small are left out. In order for these prize giving hostesses to have the perfect posture, to move to their position fast, to turn in unison, to smile naturally, they are trained in these areas and are made to rehearse more than a thousand times over to perfect their every moves.
With a banner in the background that reads, "Olympic...Receive the Challenge," these hostesses go through gruelling trainig. The lady above is training these hostesses who are around 16 to 18 years old.

The hostesses are required to wear heels of 5cm. With a book balanced on their head, and a file with loose papers between their thighs, they are required to stand for over an hour for their training. The book or the loose paper must not drop.

For their smile, they can't smile like in their normal days, the mouth must not open too wide, nor too small. Even for the teeth, they are required to show only 6 to 8 teeth. For their training, they bite onto a chopstick to get the correct feel.

Being trained on standing posture. The books on their head must not fall.

Even the posture of their fingers are not left out.

Non Olympic Babe -- But still from China ;-)

Was surfing around when I came across these photos of this chinese SYT. Anyone know's her name???

Volunteers receive training on postures

Photos of chinese volunteers receiving training on postures and etiqutte. For all the common stereotypical perception of chinese national being uncouth, rough, rude, loud, blah blah blah, perhaps this Game and the international exposure of these wonderful gals will show the world a different China. Neither are all Chinese gals are like Wu Ya (chinese national women who leaves China and ends up as kept women who breaks up people's family). Look at these gals here. Why would they need to be the kept ones?
